目的 :探討艾灸治療類(lèi)風(fēng)濕關(guān)節(jié)炎的機(jī)理。方法 :以佐劑性關(guān)節(jié)炎 (AA)作為類(lèi)風(fēng)濕關(guān)節(jié)炎大鼠模型 ,隨機(jī)分為正常對(duì)照組、模型組、艾灸治療組、艾灸加去腎上腺組、艾灸加假手術(shù)組。采用酶

前言目的:探討艾灸治療類(lèi)風(fēng)濕關(guān)節(jié)炎的機(jī)理。方法:以佐劑性關(guān)節(jié)炎（AA）作為類(lèi)風(fēng)濕關(guān)節(jié)炎大鼠模型,隨機(jī)分為正常對(duì)照組、模型組、艾灸治療組、艾灸加去腎上腺組、艾灸加假手術(shù)組。采用酶聯(lián)免疫吸附法檢測(cè)血清細(xì)胞粘附分子（ICAM1）含量變化。結(jié)果:模型組大鼠血清ICAM1含量明顯較正常組升高（P<001）,艾灸治療組血清ICAM1含量較模型組大鼠顯著降低（P<001）,并仍高于正常水平（P<001）。艾灸加去腎上腺組血清ICAM1水平與模型組相比無(wú)明顯變化。艾灸加假手術(shù)組血清ICAM1的含量比模型組明顯下降（P<001）,與艾灸組具有相同趨勢(shì)。結(jié)論:艾灸降低血清ICAM1含量與神經(jīng)內(nèi)分泌免疫網(wǎng)絡(luò)的完整密切相關(guān)。
